About This Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between the 777s platform (777s.surf) ("we" or "platform") and the players who use the platform ("you" or "user").
By accessing the 777s.surf website or mobile app, registering an account, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms in this Agreement and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using our platform.
We may amend this Agreement at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is posted on the website constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Access Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use the 777s platform. Registering an account with a false age by any means constitutes a breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and will not refund any remaining balance.
Individual Accounts
Each person may only register one account on the 777s platform. If it is found that a single person holds more than one account, bonuses will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. This restriction applies to accounts sharing the same IP address, device, phone number, or payment method.
Location Responsibility
Players who access this platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted take full personal responsibility for compliance with the laws of their location. 777s accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from access made from a restricted jurisdiction.
Account Registration and Management
When opening an account, you must provide your real name, date of birth, and correct contact details. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided.
Password Security
Your personal login details (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. 777s will not cover any financial losses arising from shared or improperly managed accounts. If your account is compromised, you must notify the platform immediately.
Account Verification
When you attempt to make a withdrawal, we may request proof of your identity. You may be required to submit your ID card, proof of payment method, or proof of address. If the required documents are not provided, your withdrawal may be suspended.

Deposit Confirmation
Deposits will only be credited to your account after we verify and confirm each transaction. You must use only your own payment method to deposit — using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Hold Period
Funds tied to a bonus can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met. Your own deposited funds that are not linked to a bonus can be withdrawn without restriction. Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour, though additional time may be needed for verification.
Currency Conversion
The platform operates in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. If you deposit using an international card or another currency, applicable exchange rate fees may apply, and 777s is not responsible for those charges.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming any 777s bonus, and only request it if you agree.
First Deposit Bonus 200%
A player receives a 200% bonus on their first deposit (maximum 100,000 Ks). To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount.
- Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager 40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example — Deposit 120,000 Ks, receive a 100,000 Ks bonus only (due to the maximum cap), giving a total balance of 220,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Bonus Abuse
Each bonus can only be claimed once. Opening additional accounts to claim more bonuses, playing against yourself, or splitting bonus funds are all forms of bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
VIP Program and Cashback
The 777s VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are determined by our review of your play history and activity. We do not publish a specific turnover threshold for upgrades. Cashback is paid after your play history has been reviewed.
Game Rules
On the 777s platform you can play football betting, slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, Shan Koe Mee, crash games, cockfighting, blackjack, and more. Regardless of which game you play, the following rules apply.
Game Results
Live casino game results are determined by real dealers, while RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation software. If a connection is lost mid-round before a game is completed, the outcome will be determined based on our server records.
Betting Limits
The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game type are displayed at the game entrance and apply equally during bonus play.
Football Betting
Even though competitions, odds and market types for football betting services are announced by the platform, if a match is cancelled without our announcement, all bets on that match will be refunded. We reserve the right to correct any odds errors caused by system issues without penalty.
Prohibition on Cheating Tools
No cheating software, bots that automatically control gameplay, or any method attempting to exploit the game server may be used on the platform. If such methods are detected, the account will be immediately closed and no refund will be issued.
User Conduct and Prohibitions
Every player using the 777s platform must maintain good conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited.
Money Laundering
Money laundering is prohibited. If requested by responsible authorities, a player's gaming history and financial records may be disclosed.
Unfair Play
Bonus abuse (playing against yourself) and collusion (coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes) are strictly prohibited. If such actions are found, the account may be suspended and any bonus-related funds will not be refunded.
Misconduct
Abusive language, threats, or any action that damages the reputation of our staff or other players is prohibited. Violations will result in immediate access suspension.

Remaining Balance at Closure
Any personal funds remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be paid out after verification is complete. If the account is closed before the bonus wagering requirement is met, bonus funds will not be refunded.
Closure by Us
For serious violations such as breaching this agreement, money laundering, or using cheating tools, we may immediately close the account and void bonuses without prior notice. Personal funds will be handled after review.

Agreement Amendments
777s reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its own discretion, with or without prior notice. If players continue to use the platform after changes have been posted on the website, they are considered to have accepted the amendments. Players can check this page regularly for updates.
